Tracking Course Completion with Google Docs

A friend of mine recently went to the Google campus as part of their Google for Educators program. One of the things he told me about during our run together this morning was the form tool that’s inside Google Docs. I’ve created a quick sample of a mock-up of how it could be used to track course completion.

The form you see below is tied to one of their online spreadsheets, so that anyone who’s a collaborator will have access to up-to-the-minute completion records. It’s no LMS, but it’s a great way to go paperless for free.
